Gorilla Max Strength Mounting Tape, our strongest mounting tape, includes a mesh reinforced layer making it 1.5x stronger than our Heavy Duty Mounting Tape. It mounts in an instant for a permanent bond that holds 1.5 kg per 11 cm of tape! Gorilla Max Strength Mounting Tape is perfect for indoor projects and sticks to smooth and rough surfaces.

*Do not use Gorilla Mounting Tape on freshly painted walls, wallpaper, delicate surfaces, polyethylene and polypropylene plastics, Teflon® or other non-stick surfaces. Not for use in applications where injury could result if mounted item fell.

Storage Tips – Store tape in a cool, dry location. Keep out of direct sunlight.

Directions

Surfaces must be flat, dry and free of dirt and oil. Clean with isopropyl alcohol according to manufacturer’s instructions. Use 10 cm of tape per 1.36 kg of weight.

1. Apply tape to back of object vertically, allowing for even distribution of weight. Avoid touching surface of tape.

2. Tape can be torn by hand or cut and press to secure tape to object.

3. Remove liner and align object to desired placement.

4. Press firmly for 60 seconds as Gorilla Mounting Tape conforms to the surface and creates a strong, permanent bond.

Tips for Use

Holding weight is based on objects with a maximum depth of 19 mm. Objects over 19 mm in depth put more stress on the bond and have an increased chance of failure.

Tape must make contact with surface. If surface is uneven, tape will not be able to make contact and will not hold.

Apply when temperature is above 10°C. In-use temperature range: 4°C to 49°C.
